NSC’s Managed Print Service creates a single point of control for your company’s print/document management. The goal is to improve productivity, eliminate wasteful spending, and provide accountability reporting – where all print related items are tracked - so you can fully understand and control your print/document output and cost.
Today more than ever the pressure is there to drive cost down and yet several companies have no idea of the money they waste on unnecessary printing expenses. This unmanaged control of office printing, copying, and ordering items such as toner adds up and leads to millions of dollars lost daily, although with a Print Management Service, a minimum 30% could be saved.
Included in the NSC Managed Print Service is the Preventative Maintenance Program which provides all parts, service, and Preventative Maintenance kits at NO Charge. When our team is on site, we will clean the printers as we service them, and replace pick up rollers if needed - all at no additional cost. Most Managed Print Service programs exclude Preventative Maintenance kits and wearable parts. The NSC program includes Preventative Maintenance kits and all parts.
